Quantum Music Event Planners will take care of every wedding detail from the planning stages and accomodations to total event coordination.

- Reminders of timelines and checklists
- Three planning meetings between clients and planner
- If requested coordinator will interview and reserve all vendors for the couple if their schedule does not allow.
- Wedding design based on the couple's color preferences and style
- Assistance in finding vendors and scheduling meetings
- Tracking of guests and their RSVP’s
- Assist in Choosing & Wording Wedding Invitations
- Floor design and decor
- Suggest a variety of ideas for centerpieces.
- Assistance with seating chart and place cards
- Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
- Pick up Reception items and deliver to facility
- Linen orders and floral design appointments
- Arrangements for rehearsal dinner location and transportation
- Coordinator for Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal
- Return floral items if necessary
- Return cake accessories if necessary
- Gather centerpieces and remaining decorations
- Personal item care (bouquet, cake topper, guest book)
- Coordinator available for up to 10 hours on the day of the wedding
