We provide bay area event planners for weddings, corporate events and private parties. Our services include assistance with budget planning, site location, floor design, transportation, caterers, photographers, DJs, bands, party supplies and rentals of every kind including table linens, decorations, lighting, party props, and original motifs while specializing in Day Of Coordination.

A consultation is only about 30 minutes, there is absolutely no obligation and it is completely FREE! We will be able to determine your needs by answering a few simple questions and going over the details of your event. Once we have determined your needs, we can easily customize a package that's right for you.

The Wedding Day Director, you've planned all the details, chosen vendors and need someone to put it together.
Complimentary consultation to discuss day of details and ensure all aspects of the wedding day are covered, plus unlimited phone and e-mail communication during the three months leading up to your wedding
Walk through of ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding.
Review of vendor details to confirm arrival times over the phone and instruct vendors to contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns the day of your wedding.
Ceremony Processional Plan
Ceremony and Reception Set-up and Decorating
Ceremony items including programs, unity candles, aisle runners, etc.
Reception items including seating cards, place cards, wedding favors, gift table, card box etc.
Coordination to keep vendors to established time line, resolve any related issues that arise, control schedule and liaison between vendors for smooth transitions.Greet guests and answer questions as needed.
*Optional Upgrades to Wedding Day Director-
Rehearsal Coordination in cooperation with officiate in creating ceremony plan and coordinating ceremony processional, ensure bridal party order, so they know when to walk and where to stand, assist with rehearsal as needed. Ceremony Rehearsal is considered 2 hours of time.
Delivery of Ceremony and/or Reception items to wedding site $75
Wedding Day Time Line of Events $100
Day Of Coordination Services, we will assist you with the details. This package is for the couple wanting to do most of their planning themselves. They're looking for assistance in wrapping up all the details.

Detailed wedding day time line of events
Assist with ceremony and reception site design
Transport wedding items to the ceremony and/or reception site (napkins, favors, guest book, etc.)
Distribute “day of” payments to your vendors
Distribute “exit” favors to guests
Checklist of whom is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait and keepsakes
8 hours of coordination the day of the wedding (Additional time is $200 per hour)

A minimum of three planning meetings between clients and planner
If requested coordinator will interview and reserve all vendors for the couple if their schedule does not allow.

Pick up Reception items and deliver to facility
(items must be picked up from one location, packed for easy transport and labeled accordingly)
All linen ordering and floral design appointments will be taken care of by the coordinator
Make arrangements for the rehearsal dinner including location and transportation
Return floral items if necessary
Return cake accessories if necessary
Gather centerpieces and remaining decorations
•Place personal items (bouquet, cake topper, guest book, table cameras) in the appropriate vehicle or suite
